  • Hazardous, illegal, or inappropriate items are prohibited.
  • All items are offered free of charge.
  • Tier-based visibility and queue rules apply (Platinum to Bronze, then Business Users).

  • Requests are subject to tier level and availability.
  • Givers may select recipients based on system criteria.
  • Pickup or shipping must occur within 5 days (one 3-day extension allowed).

  • Commercial resale or illegal activities
  • False, misleading, or offensive content
  • Harassment, impersonation, or exploitation
  • System manipulation or data breaches

  • Points are earned through posting, giving, referrals, and reviews.
  • Points determine user tiers (Bronze to Platinum).
  • Badges recognize active and trusted members.
  • Points and badges have no monetary value and are non-transferable.

  • Only necessary data is collected.
  • Data handling complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
  • Personal contact details are shared only if provided voluntarily.
  • Built-in messaging should be used for transactions.

  • The platform only facilitates exchanges.
  • The team is not responsible for losses or disputes.
  • No liability for off-platform communication.
  • Users should exercise caution during meetups.

  • Accounts may be suspended or deleted for violations.
  • Users may delete their accounts voluntarily.
  • Termination does not remove prior obligations.

  • Terms may be updated at any time.
  • Continued use indicates acceptance.
  • Users should review this page regularly.
